Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Altitude Guitar. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return a product, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Some products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support for more information.
Return Timeframe:
- You may initiate a return within ten (10) days of the date of delivery.
- After ten (10) days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via altitudeguitar@gmail.com. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization if necessary.
- Please do not send the product back without obtaining proper instructions from our customer support team.
Return Shipping:
- Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within seven (7) business days.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or customized items
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards or vouchers
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately, per our shipping policy. Damaged or defective items must be reported within three (3) days of delivery receipt. Reported damages or defective item(s) after three (3) days may not be eligible for return.
- We may require photo evidence or additional information to assess the damage or defect and determine the appropriate course of action.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange a product that is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, please contact altitudeguitar@gmail.com to inquire about an exchange.
- Return shipping and outbound shipping of the replacement product shall be paid by the customer.
