2011 Breedlove American Series D/SRe
This instrument from Breedlove's American Series is an excellent example of a Dreadnought acoustic guitar. Its solid Sitka spruce top and rosewood back/sides create a captivating tone. The unique factory-installed Fishman pickup conveys its sound faithfully, be it when plugged directly to an amp or played acoustic. This guitar has low action and plays very brightly, with excellent high and mid-tones.
The spruce top on this guitar has a lot of figuring in the grain, something you typically only see in Custom Shop level guitars. The value proposition of these guitars is top-notch.
